Late Night Bollywood Diwali Celebration Bashes by Different Groups

Diwali Umang 2011 is a grand Diwali bash hosted by the Mumbai Police. All the Bollywood celebrities can be seen there having fun. Diwali preparations are awesome and there are lots of items done by the stars themselves. This bash is to relieve the members of Mumbai police force who spend their days and nights to protect the celebrities. From Shah Rukh Khan to Kareena Kapoor and even the ‘Bachchan Khandaan’ makes sure that they are seen around there.

Other bashes as private dos by the actors themselves in order to have fun. Bashes by Akshay Kumar, Javed Akhtar, Ravina Tandon, Sabana Azmi, Jacky Bhagnani, Salman Khan and even Shilpa Shetty often make it to the headlines for their glamour quotient and presence of celebrities.

These parties are to have fun with their close friends both from the industry as well as others and spend some time in relaxing. These bashes are followed by the late night card parties as it is a custom to play during the night time of Diwali. Many people are of the belief that if you leave the lights on for the entire night, Godesses Lakshmi will enter your house and brighten your fortune such as actor Dino Morea.

Bollywood Diwali Celebrations At Foreign Locations

Diwali 2011 - the festival of lights is not only celebrated in India but in almost all the countries of the world as all of them have Indian population living there.

Bollywood too has gone global and so are the Diwali celebrations. Celebrities from Bollywood are flown to particular foreign locations. A huge Diwali bash was held in the picturesque South Africa.

Film actors like Upen Patel and Celina Jaitley were present to enthrall the audience. Celina thanked the people of Africa for their warmth and support and requested the audience to watch her movie ‘Golmaal’ and enjoy it.

This is an excellent way to promote movies which are lined up for release around Diwali time.
The celebrities and actors too feel it like a home away from home. They enjoy it completely dancing with their fans and other cultural activities.

There was a huge display of fireworks couple with African national dances on Bollywood music. Indian families at Johannesburg where the function was held gather and feel at home. Bollywood Diwali Celebration With Family and Friends

This Diwali most of the Bollywood celebrities are either celebrating it at home with their family and friends or are too busy shooting for the ongoing projects. For screen legend, Amitabh Bachchan, it will be a small family puja at home accompanied by the prayers for all the departed souls in their family.

After lighting the first lamp, the entire house is illuminated with small bulbs.

Sweets as well as year bonuses are distributed in the morning to the servants and helpers in the house.

The same can be said about actors like Shah Rukh khan, Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgan, Kangana Ranaut, Kunal Khemu and many more who prefer to spend the day if lights with their family and close friends.

The other unlucky ones tend to celebrate Diwali on the sets of their movies for which they are currently shooting.

Actors like Hrithik Roshan and Bipasha Basu who are currently shooting for their movies will be present on the location of the shoots and celebrate Diwali with their fellow actors and the entire crew of the movie.

Bipasha will be in Brisbane shooting for her first international movie called ‘Singualarity’.

Some of the actors such as Neetu Chandra and Kareena Kapoor have toned down their celebrations as there have been deaths in their family.
