Based on the controversial life of the sex bomb of the south Silk Smitha, Vidya Balan Latest Bollywood Movie – The Dirty picture releases on December 2nd. This movie is true to life portrayal of the rise and fall of the steamy actress.
Of course, many have objected to the depiction of the ‘southern siren’ in such a way especially the family members but the director, Mr. Milan Luthria is adamant by the way she is portrayed in ‘The Dirty Picture’.
The film showcases the life of the actress from her rise to her fall in the late 1990s including her contentious death. The film portrays how she started as a touch up artists and later she got roles for her sex appeal and sensuality. Vidya Balan stills are enough to lure Indian public and bring them to the theatre.
Though one may feel that Vidya may have faced some discomfort but the actress feels that with initial research and mental preparation to be bold and extremely frank has been immensely helpful in bringing out the portrayal.
